Booking Terms

Trips are operated by Samathi Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0845567016509), registered office 19/29 Moo. 1 T. Maenam, Koh Samui District, Koh Samui 84330, trading as Endless Summer Samui. We are a licensed Thai tour operator (TAT Tour Operator License No: 42/00594) and our vessel Endless Summer— a traditional 14.7-metre Thai teak cruiser — holds a current Marine Department Ship's Licence and annual survey certificate for passenger service in Surat Thani waters.

The boat is certified for 15 guests plus 3 crew, and skippered by a captain holding a Marine Department First-Class Helmsman certificate of competency along with a marine engineer licence. Passenger accident insurance of ฿1,500,000 per passenger (plus medical cover) is in force for every departure.

A booking made on this website is a request until our crew confirms it on WhatsApp — usually within a few hours. Nothing is charged online: you pay on board in cash or by bank transfer. Prices shown include the listed inclusions for each trip and complimentary hotel pickup where offered.

If you selected a partner business in “Where did you hear about us?” (or arrived from a partner's pamphlet QR code), the partner discount shown at booking is applied when we confirm — one referral discount per booking, not combinable with other offers.

The captain has final say on sailing. If a departure is cancelled for weather or safety, you choose a free reschedule or a full refund of anything already paid. Routes may be adjusted on the day for sea conditions; our licence permits operation up to 18 nautical miles from shore in calm conditions, and we stay well within it.

Life jackets and safety equipment are provided for everyone on board. Please follow crew instructions at all times; the captain may refuse carriage (without refund) to anyone dangerously intoxicated or endangering others.

Plans change on holiday — cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before departure by WhatsApp. Inside 24 hours we ask you to still message us; repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. Private charters follow the terms agreed in your charter conversation.

We operate with licensed crew, a surveyed vessel and passenger insurance as described above. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for matters not covered by that insurance is limited to the amount you paid for your trip. Swimming and snorkelling are at your own discretion — tell the crew about medical conditions or non-swimmers in your group so we can look after everyone properly.
