Do you pick up from my hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hotel pickup by comfortable van is complimentary, island-wide. For the Half-Day Trip, vans run 07:00–08:15 depending on your area; for the Sunset Cruise, 14:00–15:15. You'll pick your pickup area when you book, and we'll confirm your exact time on WhatsApp. Please be ready about 10 minutes early. Private charters include pickup too — the crew agree the time with you around your start time.

What's included in the price?

Everything on the trip — no hidden surprises. The Half-Day Trip includes hotel transfers, the cruise, a welcome fresh coconut, a gourmet healthy lunch with seasonal fruit, soft drinks, snorkeling gear, floating beanbags, the kids' snorkeling course, a professional guide, travel and medical insurance, and your trip wristband. The Sunset Cruise includes transfers, sunset snacks, chilled drinks, chef's evening bites and a swim in the open water off Bang Po.

How does the lunch menu work?

Lunch is included on the Half-Day Trip — you choose from twelve dishes (A–L), from home-made wraps to sesame-crusted salmon and lo-cal pad Thai chicken. Just tell us the letter when you book. Orders must be in by 4pm the day before your trip.

Can I bring kids?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — the boat is family-friendly. Kids' tickets (ages 4–11) are ฿1,900 on the Half-Day Trip and ฿1,500 on the Sunset Cruise. Half-day little explorers get kid-friendly snorkeling stops and a supervised snorkeling session run by the crew.

Why do you ask for a passport photo?

Accepted Answer

Thai maritime rules require us to hold a passenger manifest for every sailing, so we ask for a photo of the passport photo page for each guest at checkout — a phone snapshot or a PDF is fine. For a private charter we take only the lead guest's at checkout, and the crew collect the others on WhatsApp before the day. The files go into private storage the website itself cannot read back; only a signed-in manager can open one, and we delete them once the manifest obligation for your sailing has passed. If you would rather not upload it, message the crew on WhatsApp and we will arrange it another way.

What should I bring?

A towel, swimwear, coral-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and any personal medications. For the Sunset Cruise, bring a light jacket for the sea breeze. Lifejackets are provided on every trip, and snorkelling gear comes with the Half-Day trip.

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Shared trips: free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before departure — just message us on WhatsApp. Inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, the trip is charged in full with no refund; the vans and boat run on a tight island-wide schedule. Private charters have their own tiers: a full refund 5 days or more before the charter date, 50% refunded from 24 hours up to 5 days before, and no refund under 24 hours or for a no-show. If we ever have to cancel — weather, sea state, or a shared trip not reaching its five-guest minimum — you always choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

How do I pay?

Online, at checkout — by card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB) or PromptPay. You are charged in Thai Baht and your booking is confirmed straight away, with a confirmation by e-mail and WhatsApp. Private charters are paid the same way, in full at booking. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.

Question 9

Can we book the whole boat for our group?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is a private charter, on Saturdays and Sundays. Choose a half day (about four hours) or a full day (about eight), for up to fifteen guests at one price per boat with hotel pickup included, and pay online. We run one charter a day, so a date that shows as taken is already chartered. The suggested start is 09:00, or request another time between 07:00 and 16:00.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

Safety first — the crew monitors conditions and the itinerary may be adjusted for safety in poor weather. If we have to change or cancel your trip, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to reschedule.
