Do you pick up from my hotel?

Yes — hotel pickup by comfortable van is complimentary, island-wide. For the Half-Day Trip, vans run 07:00–08:15 depending on your area; for the Sunset Cruise, 14:00–15:15. You'll pick your pickup area when you book, and we'll confirm your exact time on WhatsApp. Please be ready about 10 minutes early.

What's included in the price?

Everything on the trip — no hidden surprises. The Half-Day Trip includes hotel transfers, the cruise, a welcome fresh coconut, a gourmet healthy lunch with seasonal fruit, soft drinks, snorkeling gear, floating beanbags, the kids' snorkeling course, a professional guide, travel and medical insurance, and your trip wristband. Beer and piña coladas are available to purchase on board. The Sunset Cruise includes transfers, sundowner snacks, chilled drinks, chef's evening bites and a swim in the open water off Lipa Noi.

How does the lunch menu work?

Lunch is included on the Half-Day Trip — you choose from twelve dishes (A–L), from home-made wraps to sesame-crusted salmon and lo-cal pad Thai chicken. Just tell us the letter when you book. Orders must be in by 4pm the day before your trip.

Absolutely — the boat is family-friendly. Kids' tickets (ages 4–11) are ฿1,900 on the Half-Day Trip and ฿1,500 on the Sunset Cruise. Half-day little explorers get kid-friendly snorkeling stops and a supervised snorkeling session run by the crew.

A towel, swimwear, coral-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and any personal medications. For the Sunset Cruise, bring a light jacket for the sea breeze. Snorkeling gear and lifejackets are provided for all guests.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before departure — just message us on WhatsApp. Inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, the trip is charged in full with no refund; the vans and boat run on a tight island-wide schedule. If we ever have to cancel — weather, sea state, or a shared trip not reaching its five-guest minimum — you always choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

Online, at checkout — by card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB) or PromptPay. You are charged in Thai Baht and your seats are confirmed straight away, with a confirmation by e-mail and WhatsApp. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them. If you would rather pay the crew in cash or by transfer on the day, choose “pay on board” at checkout instead and we will confirm your seats on WhatsApp first.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

Safety first — the crew monitors conditions and the itinerary may be adjusted for safety in poor weather. If we have to change or cancel your trip, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to reschedule.
